Terms of Use
Which terms apply depends on where you got Tonograph. Each edition is covered by a different agreement.
Mac App Store
The paid version is licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app on the store unless the developer supplies its own. Noop, LLC. does not supply its own.
Microsoft Store
The Windows version is licensed under the Standard Application License Terms that Microsoft applies to every app on its store unless the developer supplies its own. Noop, LLC. does not supply its own. The terms are published at the end of the Microsoft Services Agreement.

The free version
The free version is downloaded from this site rather than from a store, so no store agreement covers it. Noop, LLC. publishes its own short terms of use for it instead.
