Vibrato and trills

Add vibrato, which wobbles a note, and trills, which alternate quickly between two notes.

Vibrato#

Select a note and press VV for vibrato, or ⌥VAlt+V for wide vibrato.

Wide vibrato wobbles further. Pressing the key for the vibrato type a note already has removes it; pressing the key for the other type switches to that type.

Trill#

Select one note and press Trill in the Edit palette.

At first it alternates with the note two frets up in sixteenth notes. Change the other note with Trill Target Fret in the Inspector. Press the button again to remove the trill.
